To submit the Online Application Form, you will have to pay Rs. 225/-, which can be paid online using various payment methods like UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card etc.

You can download and take a printout of the application form and submit it through School / Coordinator / By Hand. You have to pay Rs. 200/- in cash.

If forms are required by post for an individual student, then DD or MO of Rs. 250/- [Rs. 200/- + Rs. 50/-Postage] per student should be sent to MTS Office. Click here for more details...

Other Possible Ways to Get the Application Form:

Completely filled application forms along with the examination fee should reach MTS office on or before 30th January, 2026.
On submission of application forms, students will receive Acknowledgement and Admit Card. Students should bring this admit card while coming for the examination. Xerox it if necessary.
In case of individual students, the acknowledgement card will be sent to their residential addresses, while for students applying through schools or coordinators, the acknowledgement cards will be sent to their respective schools / coordinators.

If students do not receive Acknowledgement and Admit Card before 15th April, please contact MTS Office.
