Getting Application forms Through Schools.
Application forms can be obtained from Headmaster / Principal of the school.
Head of the institutes are requested to send the information about the no. of forms required for Std. VIII, Std. IX and Std. X separately, on the school letterhead, signed by the competent authorities of the school. This will enable the MTS office to send the forms accordingly.
Fees of these forms (i.e. forms demanded by schools only) can be sent to the centre at the time of submission of the filled forms. Unused forms may be returned to the centre at the time of submission of the duly completed forms.
Students will have to pay Rs. 125/- for each form while filling the application form in school and should submit the completely filled application form in the school itself.
A common DD / MO for all the students from the school can be sent by schools.
DD should be drawn in the name of
Hon. Director, MTS Examination, Pune and payable at Pune.

Cheques will not be accepted.
There are number of co-ordinators working in this project at District, Taluka and Bit levels. The application forms are also available with them. The Schools may collect the forms from these co-ordinators and submit the completely filled application forms alongwith the Fees of Rs. 125/- per student to the same co-ordinator from whom the forms were collected.
